Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA). Together these documents form the entire agreement between you and us.

Do is an iOS app that helps you privately record your sex life and intimate relationships, with recording, statistics, Apple Watch live recording, health-data sync, heatmaps, couple sharing and theme personalization. Some features are premium and require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use it. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Service requires no account. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and its access credentials (device passcode, Face ID, app-lock passcode). Because your records are stored locally by default, you are responsible for your device security and data backups. If you lose your device or forget your app-lock passcode, we cannot recover your local data.

Premium features are offered through the Apple App Store as subscriptions (monthly / quarterly / yearly) or a one-time purchase. All payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms; we never handle your payment details.

All record content you create in the app belongs to you. Because it is stored on your device by default (and any private iCloud you choose), we cannot access it and are not responsible for storing or backing it up. You are responsible for the content you enter and its lawfulness.

You agree to use the Service lawfully. In particular, you agree to:

The Service and its software, design, trademarks and copy (excluding the record content you create) belong to us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Do is a personal recording tool, not a medical device; any statistics, health or heart-rate information it provides is for reference only and does not constitute medical, health or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for any health-related decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including data loss) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because data is stored on your device by default, you understand and accept the risk of data loss from device damage, loss or lack of backup.

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (especially paid features). Terms that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue after termination.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in-app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights under local law.
